I reckon he would be a good addition to the side. He is the son of our Footy Manager Garry Davidson. He is a true CHF and i think we were close to selecting him in the 2001 draft but just missed out to Collingwood.

He's 192cm, 86kg, and a local (played u-18 with the Falcons). He's jus turned 20 yrs old and is hailed as a potential star. He's rated by Magpie recruiting manager Noel Judkins as ‘probably a better mark than Chris Tarrant’. He plays as a 'mobile, strong-marking forward with the ability to kick long goals'. Davidson won the Harrison Medal as the best player in division two of the 2001 AFL National Under 18 Championships representing Tasmania.

Does anyone reckon we could snare him back to the Cattery? With Rocca and Tarrant down at the Victoria Park, you'd think Davidson wouldnt be given maximum oppurtunity.

y didnt geelong pick him in the first place? if he's considered that good (the next tarrant), u'd think geelong would have made an early play for him

Yes Rob Davison at the Geelong Falcons is his brother but nowhere near as good, no chance of being drafted

They obviously rated Andrew Mackie higher.

Tom Davidson was drafted in 2001, same yr as Bartel, Kelly, Johnson, Ablett, Gardiner etc.
