After watching young Libba over the first two matches of 2013, I want to throw the following stats at you guys:

Possessions: 28, 28
Contested: 16, 18
Clearances: 11, 12
Tackles: 9, 11
Disp. Eff: 75%, 79%

I can't remember the last time I've seen this sort of output from an inside midfielder. To rack up 23 clearances, 20 tackles and 34 contested possessions over two games would be extraordinary for a fully mature player, let alone a 20 year old.

How do you rate his start to 2013?

I reckon he'll have a couple at least from the last two games. Couldn't help but notice him even if you were an umpire. Pickers, on the hand, didn't do himself any favours with the umpires today .

Selwood, Mitchell, Swallow, Watson..

He's a gun. The fact that he's 20 and we can compare him to these players shows how good he is. And he should continue to improve given most contested bulls don't come into their until they're 23-ish.

Really want him to do well, I read an article after his incident that it could be his "Stevie J moment". Huge similarities already, he's got down to work and if can come out of it with a career like Johnson's it will mean we are in good shape
