Toovey or Macaffer

Toovey is a better player than Macaffer. He is a more confident player and all round is a more skillful player. Its people like Toovey that go un-noticed and help keep the backline together. I would pick Toovey over Nick Maxwell. Nick Maxwell is a very average player and he must be a really good public speaker/motivator as i dont know how anyone could be inspired by his gameplay.

Atleast Maxwell plays for his jumper. For me, i simply want people who want to be at the club, and it seems as though Toovey doesnt mind weather he stays or goes, not the kind of mentality we need from out players.

Yeah - but they don't tell you how much more Dawes is getting than Toovey. They just make out that the amounts are the same and that Toovey should accept what Dawes has accepted.

You know as well as I do if half our team wasn't unmatch fit we would have creamed you, but that's the luck of the game, you need just about everything to go right in that department to win a flag, the year before we barely had an injury, this year a slew of injuries and suspensions at the wrong end of the season derailed us. I knew 6 weeks out we weren't going to get them all back and get the miles into their legs in time.

But that's the footy gods for you and you were owed a Bradbury anyway, our turn next year, just be grateful it fell your way and stop coming in here like an insecure little bitch.

For a start, why would we delist an all australian and one of our most important players?

And secondly hes on the veterans list so we don't pay him much anyway (from the salary cap)

The idea that we would keep a 30 year old repeat finals failure, even if he's on the vets list, and at the same time cut 2 or 3 22/23 year olds makes me quite sick to be honest.

Like it or not Davis was one of our best in the GF, over the finals series and he finished 5th in our B&F.
