I certainly think Pagan needs to look back 20 years ago and look at what he was doing with all of those great players that came through the U19's at North Melbourne. I fear that with the way we are playing atm, we may not be developing the kids the way we like.

yeah i agree get rid of pagan. personally i dont really care who we get as long as its not pagan or any1 remotely like him!
