Bit of a long shot, but Id imagine the CLokes wouldnt be too happy down there at Collingwood at the minute...such a proud footballing family with 3 sons that cant break into the side. Wonder if any club would consider having a play at them. They might need some work and a good kick up the proverbial but physically... they could certainly be versatile for any HF/HB line in my opinion

He said in the Herald Sun he would consider it for the right deal , for a good young player and a mid range 1st round pick. Was more of we would look at all angles line than a yes we are trading it.

I can't see that there would be any way in the world that Essendon would trade either of the Johnson's.

We will need to make room for some players to come in to the club though, you cant just add them without getting rid of others.
My suggestion is the same as Crave's;
Aaron Henneman.

In fact i wouldn't even bother wasting time trying to trade this guy, no one would want him. He's injured and wont play for the rest of the year, just delist him now. He will NEVER make it.

he is definitely under the tradeable radar so what if we traded our second pick plus a player (i dont know who) for kelly and then we could get gumbleton with our first pick, with our third pick we could get another speedy midfielder if available plus ritchechelli or polak in the PSD.

Wouldn't need to throw a player in, pick 19 for Kelly would already be pushing it

Mate put the crack pipe down. Freo have put too much effort into Polak, he is only 22 and is developing nicely.
If you want a tall in the PSD then grab that hack from the mob up the road. You may have to drive him around for a while though.

Its so unfortunate though as he WAS such a gun ruckman with an eye for goals. Just impressionable and easily led astray it seems. Hope WCoast are keeping Cousins under scrutiny or he could head down that same road, culminating in such a long fall from grace. Could happen to anyone I guess with the right (for use of a better word) influences.

yeah put the crack pipe down, he's out of contract buddy and he aint getting game time, essendon might throw cash at him and u just never know, lots of fremantle boys have left your rubble to become better players, i think simmonds is line for all australian, clements been there also, you invested some time in those boys didnt u.

James Kelly is good but nothing special. He hasn't set the world on fire this year and still makes quite a few mistakes.

Unless the player is Bolton or Peverill we shouldn't do it.
