The only reason this has been suggested is because he has been rumoured to be part of a 3 way Tippett deal. ATM most of us think that this is highly unlikely but it would be nice to get him if we hypothically lost Tippett. TBH I expect us to use the pick to get Tom Lynch.

The Crows have got a gun in Crouch. Brown was maybe top 30-40 this year. They've paid plenty though. Wonder if they have more on the go.

I don't think we are losing, I just think we could have paid a bit less for Brown. If we were getting #14 instead, I would be super happy with the deal.

I really would have like GWS to throw in that Pick 25.

Yeah absolutely, Tippett would need to be on the table.

I think people will be pleasantly surprised next year. His field kicking is one of his best attributes which is something we have been crying out for. Could work well with DMac

Lynch isnt a first rounder, surely? Thought the Saints were after a 2nd for him?

Depends on how much they rate him. I hope we can get him for a 2nd or 3rd but I think that would be doubtful. It all depends on the results from the Armstrong and Maric deals. Watch this space!

I think we'd be wanting to package #24 with Maric to get Richmond's compo pick (Tambling). Id be highly surprised if we werent trying to get back higher into the first round after giving ours away to GWS.
