dunno bout gilbee, maybe a straight swap with a mcgoughor sumone, but for brown, the maggies have no option but to do a trade before hand to get something or 3-way. there is no other way

Actually you don't have to use SMS text type lettering on here.
You are able to write full words because it doesn't cost you anything more and messages can be as long as you like.
Words that can be typed in full include WHAT, TOGETHER and ENOUGH etc or perhaps your second last line is appropriate.

Someone said that Heath Scotland-McGough plus a draft pick for Stevens was already a done deal! very much doubt that.

As for Gilbee I think he will relatively easy to get maybe a draft pick or two or a McGough or McKee some one like that.

As for brow, my question is. Is he really worth 550K plus getting rid of one of our star players? I doubt that because who would we get rid off? not Rocca or Tarrant!!! Maybee Licuria or who?

Unless the rumours about soloman are true, he'd be awsome if he is leaving we need him, we have tazza so he'd be happy to come here and is exactly the hard dirty player we need

Gilbee, not really a nessesity but i'd like him, i think we need atleast 5 or 6 new players from this trade period and he's the type of player mick likes

Ruckman, im still in favor of Cox i dunno why i just prefer him over the other old ruckman mentioned, he'll be around for a while and will keep on developing and could eventualy dominate the ruck and Fraser could become a true CHF

I reckon these should be the trades:
Betheras for Gilbee and third round pick
Scotland and first round pick for Stevens
McKee for Milne (weird one but possible)
Davidson and second rount pick for Joel Bowden
They may be streched, but not impossible

no way davidson would be traded, and why would we want milne? we have didacos and davis who are the same type players just better

I'd rather get a young player or draft pick of saints for McKee

maybe McGough and McKee for one of their young key backman like McGuire (ed would love that aswell i recon)

If we trade Davidson to Richmond, I would at least expect a return of Mark Coughlan

IMO Maguire is a very good player, play in defense and sometimes used as a ruckman as well. The Saints certainly wont let him go.

Don't worry about a ruckmen, Richards is meant to be a better ruckmen than Fraser.

Davison wont get traded either he will be a gun next year. He will cover Molloy's spot and do it a hell of alot better

If Port trade Thurstans, you can kiss Nick Stevens good bye. With Paxman gone, they'll want Thurstans to step up as a key defender. If they trade away Thurstans, they'll have to scour the markets for a good key defender, and Stevens will be their bait. Scotland and a first round pick won't do it. If you offer Presti they'll be interested.

As it stands Scotland and a pick probably won't get you there either. Port want a very good player and a first round pick, or two first round picks. Scotland isn't a very good player. He's handy, but no more than that. Think about it this way: If the player you are considering trading to Port for Stevens is worth a first round pick, then you may get a deal. Scotland isn't worth a first round pick.

Port will be looking to use Stevens to lure a good key defender or a good midfielder. We'll offer Jacobs and you'll offer Scotland. We offer the defender, you offer the midfielder. Port won't be overly pleased with either of those deals, the quality of player isn't high enough. I can't see Port letting Stevens go and getting nothing in return, so we'll see what happens. But I think Port will be pushing to get a more complicated deal involved so they can get the sort of player they like.
