we dont need ottens. we have too many ruckmen as it is. ottens isnt a forward option anymore, he is a good tap ruckman.

Pav has recently agreed to a new deal, but I don't think he has actually signed yet. Can't see him coming home, but we should at least try. Offer him the VC & the chance of him one day captaining the club he barracked for as a kid.

Once and for all it ain't going to happen - get over it.

When we opted for Carey over Pav 2 years ago, not only was that our best chance, it was also a slap in the face too Pav.

He's not about to give us a second chance

Yup, when these kind of debates are entered into people really don't do their homework on what players actually produce as opposed to their names and reputations.

Stinger at 24yo has only been averaging 15.7 touches in this his sixth season - hardly the statistics of a star worth what some people are suggesting.

If a similar player was offered to us and they wanted to take our first-rounder or a Fergus Watts or a Brent Reilly we'd tell them to feck orf quicker than the speed of light.

Stenglein is solid, but nothing special.

If he said that, its quite surprising.

I thought if it was going to happen it would have been 2 years ago. Still I suppose we don't know whats in his head or his personal circumstances.

Pav definelty signed a 3 year contract extension with Fremantle this year which means he is a Docker until 2007 and Schammer also signed a 3 year deal. So let it go, No one wants to come back to Adelaide, they just want to leave.

Never say never - but I agree is damn unlikely that he will return home to play football in the forseeable future.
