Went to training lastnight (was the best time ever, even managed to get Justin to sign my no. on my guernsey 
).
Anywho, from what I saw, Schammer is looking bloody good. Still a little skinnier, but man, is he trying hard to not only put the weight back on, but also rejoin the main squad.
Congratulated Walker on his fantastic games (as the in the WC and Hawks one, didn't see the Roos one) and he promised to keep it up.
The rest of the group trained the house down. Were bloody sweating when they finished (or maybe I've just never noticed how much they sweat before? I don't know...).
