training 7/12

guys went down to training again today for another look.

*1km race was at the start of training this time, dodd crowley, ibbotson, smith and peake the top 5

*sandilands, murphy back out on the track

*3 draftees completed more of the session than the previous week befor coming off.

*the session looked pretty good skills wise for the time of year.

this is just a quick summary of main points any questions or anything i'd try and help
