Just heard on channel 10 that Wirra hasnt trained, Lecras hasn't done much, Cox restricted to laps. Positives are Embley had a full training session along with Hunter. This doesnt look good...:(

Good news is Woosh said that the young players a going to get selected before the older players....

Bye Bye Fletcher, Hansen, Seaby.:thumbsu:

Sh*t! And there I was getting the feeling we could come away with the game against the Hawks. Now it's all starting to turn to sh*t!! :(

Interesting to hear on 6PR that Fletcher confronted Woosh to get a "please explain" on his non-selection despite good form in the WAFL. Seems like Woosha stood his ground and claimed that while younger players are pressing for selection Fletcher wouldn't get a game.

Must be frustrating for departing veterans but atleast we are resisting the tempatation to go back to to old!

If that went as reported, I can't imagine Woosh giving Fletch much of a run.

I honesly can't imagine one of woosha's players giving him a "Please Explain".

Well we have had a ok run with injuries so far this season.

Not surprised we cotton woolled some of our key fellas today - one of the coldest June days for 4 years (around 12 degrees all day) so I wouldn't be risking someone with a slight niggle or just recovered from sore leg/back/groin.

Wouldn't read too much into it at this stage.

A few big name players do have to make way for something as big as a tank to come rolling on through.

There is nothing wrong with Fletcher asking what needs to be done for him to get back in the team. Good on the bloke, I really wouldn't envy having to do that myself

I understand about restricted training too. Trained myself tonight and it was HORRENDOUSLY cold and wet and damp. Felt like I was gonna snap my hammy after every huddle

To clarify, a "please explain" in a business sense, is generally used in quite an aggressive or authoritarian manner. I suggest some creative language has been used here, and agree tht he is quite within his rights asking what he needs to do.

I would think it would be the media asking or interpreting the question - Fletcher Knows his role
