Opinion Training under lights?

Cox has really seemed to have struggled in recent weeks.

Skill levels of all players have been down for the night games.

Players have slip sliding.

Should we be training this week under lights?

Should have been for all night games, but to late now to change the routine

Can’t change the past, but we could change this week. IIRC we have had evening training sessions before?

Just wondering how much one or two training sessions would achieve now, with so little time left. Would there be any major benefit.
It should be considered for the future seasons though.

It's a great idea but we're training for the day game we will play in 13 days time

:D

IMO, it would be of greater benefit to replicate finals like pressure.

I think the first two weeks the challenge of replicating skill execution that you would normally get 1.5 seconds in H&A to execute v the 1-1.2 you’re allowed in finals has been confronting for some. The difficulty is in doing that without risking injury. All I’ve got is match sim with outnumbered situations say half ground drills with 9 v 12.

Cox has struggled because he’s a below average footballer with the expectation of being our primary KPF target. That isn’t changing unless he starts clunking them on a more consistent basis because he struggles to gain separation.
