Could be, Dave. It'd be nice if we could get some comments/reports from anyone who attends. Have there been any more from The Lad by the way? They've been good to read.

Well I guess we should hear from the Web-Site Soon when it is if it's wednesday or friday

Nothing Recently from The Lad

How is going Tommorow?

Why not take the Train?

I did in the end. Drove to tooronga from lysterfield so I could park my car!

Few points from the session:

- I might be wrong, but I dont think Dayne Beams was training
- Travis Cloke trained away from the main group
- Jackson Paine is a very well built 18 year old
- Seedsman has some great runs from half back in the scratch match
- Jarrod Witts is going to be a freak!
- Some western bulldogs assistant coaches were standing next to me taking down some notes on the way we set up
- I love heaters head band!

I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't the intraclub, it must be on Friday..

Strange, because this quote is from Rodney Eade;

http://www.afl.com.au/tabid/208/default.aspx?newsid=128716&utm_medium=RSS

"They're both tracking really well. We had match simulation today and both of those players got involved," Eade said after a training session at Gosch's Paddock.

I don't think clubs have full on intraclubs anymore, they have training sessions that involve, as Eade states, "Match Simulation", which to me sounds like an increase in the intensity of a training session.

They had a 20-30 (if that) of match simulation, but it was controlled by the coaches were the ball was. For example if a player stuffed up a kick or took the wrong option, the ball would be called back and they would take it again. This didn't happen every time, but it was for a few players!

My understanding was that they would have a bigger one, I could be wrong though!

That explains it a little better then Rodney did lol.:p

They aren't advertising the Friday Session, so maybe it will be lockout, full intraclub match, although I doubt we'd go too hard 8 days out from our first NAB Cup match(es).

Why do you call Witts a Freak?

How did Paine,Ellitot,Yagmoor and Gault go in the Small Match?

Just read the article & two things stand out.

The first is the picture of Witts looking at the ball with this caption.

'How do you work this thing?' wonders Jarrod Witts.

Personally i reckon he was thinking "I wonder if I can swallow this thing whole".

Second was as at the very bottom the first post is from DTM asking "When is the Intra Club Match". :D
