Education & Reference Transferring Unis

Since the Q&A board is useless ...

'I'm currently studying Law at UniSA and made an application through SATAC to transfer to the same course at Adelaide Uni. Does anyone know how and when I'll find out if I was successful?'

end of the year, once the year 12 students get their results and uni acceptance stuff. they get first preference.

how were your marks though? if they're < credit average you probably won't get the transfer.

I was reading up on this a while ago, because I was going to transfer from ECU to Murdoch in Perth. I think only a 70+ average will guarantee a transfer, might get in with mid 60's, but wouldn't count the chickens.

Also, I found out I could only get advanced standing on my core units, so figured it simply wasn't worth it.

Last part may be different for different unis though.

First of all,

Secondly, credit average is a GPA of 5 and I'm on 5.43 ATM. Not doing as well this term as I was before though, so not 100% sure how that's gonna end up :/

that'll be touch and go, especially transferring into Adelaide where UniSA is weighted less.

to be sure of it you probably would have had to get all D's this past semester.
