That's a pretty weak argument. I got sexually assaulted/r*ped by a gay man, and I'm sure none of my friends know anybody it's happened to because I've never brought it up either.

I would love to discuss the topic transgender peoples participation in sport in particular the International Olympic Committees 2015 updated transgender policy.

As a transgender athlete I feel the new policies have totally tipped the scales of caution and fairness in the favour of the trans athlete. I agree with the original 2003 Stockholm Consensus that was approved by the IOC prior to the Athens 2004 Games.

The original trans policy adopted by the IOC in 2003 required male to female athletes to have permanent gender confirmation surgery, be at least two years post operative and have official gender markers including birth certificate amended to female.

In 2015 The IOC removed the requirement of permanent gender surgery and they halved the waiting time from 2 years to 12 months for a trans athlete to have appropriate hormonal levels.

You're living in a bubble and you don't even realise it.

I have every reason to doubt his experience. It's suits his view on toilets for transgender people and that he "doesn't like most gay people".

I don't have a preconceived idea of homosexuality. I work and have worked with many gay people and they lead lives as varied as any heterosexual.

Under the current rules with the AFL it is possible that any male player could be playing women's AFL next year without surgery or hormone treatment or even an amended birth certificate.

Really? I'd be surprised if you'd heard nothing about it. Most public toilets in non monitored places have holes drilled in walls. Spencer street and flinders street stations it seems to be most cubicles. Croydon used to be shocking for it. My gay friend who used to post on this bored said he had hooked up in public toilets a few times and that it was common.

It's a bit ludicrous to call someone a liar just because you don't like his other points. I doubt anyone would question it if a female said she was sexually harassed by some pervert
