Was a big Transvision Vamp fan back in the day. Have a few albums (yes I still have all my vinyl). Saw them on the Gold Coast many many moons ago, probably some time after Little Magnets came out. Always loved Wendy James. Hot hot hot.

I saw Transivision Vamp at the Metro in Melbourne in 89. Said back then and still say it now, it was one of THE best concerts i have ever been too. The minute Wendy James walked onto the stage she blew the friggin roof off. Loved their songs and for mine wendy James is one of the greatest rock chicks ever.

Alot of the white trash rock chicks of today really try hard to portray a sexy image, James just had it in spades and didn't have to try at all, she really was underated.

I was too young to go to that concert but LOVED them around then as well.

I had all their vinyl (which were stolen) but have since re-purchased from camberwell market.

I still don't mind listening to them every now and then all these years later and not just for nostalgia. They're not bad. :):thumbsu:

If someone somewhere can find video of Wendy James' appearance on Hey Hey It's Saturday back in the late 80's it would be great.

From memory she judged Red Faces and Blackman & Dicky Knee were all over her... ;)

Hot hot chick & pretty cool band too. :thumbsu:
