WOW!!

That was one of the most influential quarters of football I've seen from a player in my life. What a player he has become and I would not be surprised if he took home his second Copeland Trophy this season. A colossus.

Re: Travis Cloke's last quarter

Screw all the talk about his contested marking, I want to know how many 'drill you into the ground like the helpless bitch you are' tackles he has laid.

heaven help us if Trav ever got injured or suspended. for all the talk of structure and process his attributes are something we simply can't do without. Even if out of form, he still commands the best defender/s

Just average Dawes will be the better player by the end of the season:cool:

Really was a fantastic game for him, and not just his marks and goals but his brutish tackles. He is such a beast now

Kept us in it for the entire game. BOG

Agree, he was immense.

He was great all game but that fourth quarter was the stuff of legends.

The other players who really influenced the content is the last the most were Swanny, Ball, Blair and Maxwell I thought. Blair and Max didn't have great games but the number of rebounds Maxy managed and the ability of Blair to pick up the ball cleanly with bodies around him and then get himself space really opened things up for him.

Cloke was the difference, how many times have opposition fans and some of our own said Cloke will cost the Pies a final? Those Pies supporters who have bagged him should hang their heads in shame and make as public an apology as they did criticism.

Sensational game Trav!
