Treloar forward

Any thoughts on why we dont play Treloar more in the forward half? He is dangerous, great one on one, all class and it would stop any possibility of burn out given the large amount of time he spends on the guts. I dont think i have ever seen buckley play him forward of centre and to me its a waste. I think one of pendles, treloar or sidebottom should be up there at all times for us given we lack a dangerous presence without Elliot.

Whilst Im not in agreeance with moving Treloar forward too much I would't be adverse to a certain midfielder playing forward of the ball, this is my (what I would select not what should be selected) from September last year. I think Pendles has the rare ability to create room where there is none, finishing skills and the professionalism to make it work. Too often we hear of how a midfielder would make a great forward and kick 60-80 goals but they end up playing out their career on the ball until an injury ends it for them. Get in early with Pendles and get an extra 3 years out of a guy who might turn out to be the greatest Pie of all.

- Moore to captain the backline for a year. Smart enough to understand and implement Buck's floating moving intercept contest defence.

- Pendles to play solely forward for the whole year. Missed out on Buckley and Swan playing forward of the ball so its time now for Pendles. Midfield bats the whole bench (Marley onballer 2017)

- Reid up forward for whole year, is big and old enough to hold down key forward role.

Umm....nobody dangerous?
Perhaps you haven't heard of Jesse White, Chris Mayne and Jarryd Blair. A lethal combination on their day.

This is a silly idea. Treloar's strength is run and carry, quick entries that give our forwards 1v1 are gold and he is the best on our list that does it. Sidebum is the man to go forward but only when DeGoey and Wells are in the side.

Because Treloar is a poor finisher. His value to us is definitely from the middle.

Sidebottom and WHE are the two I'd like to see forward.

Maybe because he's an elite mid but not a good leading forward... plus we have other mids like Pendles and Sidebottom who are better forwards..

treloar is a line breaking mid that we need there, sidebottom on the other hand is a very clever forward
as well as a mid

Add wells and Elliot forward i think we are going to be 10x better. Elliot is the sort of player who will kick those goals we need and lift everyone around him. Wells delivery will be first class.
