"Chick being aggressive, Carr said he was not playing on Chick and said he was nowhere near him, video footage of the 1st quarter played during hearing noted that Chick was not near Carr during the alleged incident....."

Selwod hearing next.

This hearing to be heard separate to Des' Hearing.

Peter bell to give evidence.

Umpire to give evidence, apparently over hear some of the comments.

Headland now giving evidence.

The verdict will hang heavily on the ump evidence.
 
Headlands account:

H: Thats my 6 year old daughter
S: Yeah and she's a s**t
H: Pedo
S: I f**ked her.

Word for word Headland said: I called him a pedophile because thats what he is.

He should of left those last 5 words in his brain. Makes no difference to his account to the tribunal but it will make a difference if Selwood goes after deformation. Which i don't think he will.

They've just said that the s*** wasn't said at all during the altercation. Des must have changed his story somewhat since the first interview by the Investigator.

Headland threw the first punch.

As Selwood was going down he says:
"Whats that shit on your arm. Looks like the girl i was with the other night."

Headland punches again.

Headland:
"What my daughter, no one talks about my family like that.."

No f word, no s word. Reported by Selwood.


Headland did not mention s word to AFL investigator, was questioned regarding this aspect. Said he was really emotional when quizzed by Bill Kneebone (AFL investigator) and missed some details.

Eagles QC: Are you emotional Now?
HEadland: Would you be if he talked about your daughter?
Eagles QC: Are you emotional now?
HEadland: OF COURSE I AM. (angrily)

Headland: Kids aren't involved. I sledge occasionally but kids are going too far. That is crossing the line.

And Belly - one of the most respected players in the game - is not going to come out and fabricate. Might have just dug a hole for Selwood.

Or not. He will get off, and Des'll get the 6 IMO.
