Definitely an innovator and a prodigious talent by the standards of turn of the last century footy.

Was our best player from our innaugral team. From what I've heard he could do so many things others couldn't and was well ahead of his time.

Remember, Jock McHale rated him as the best he'd seen... And he'd seen the Coventry's, Collier's, Regan etc.

That was exactly what I thought when I read that sentence does not sound like a Buck,s fan,Buckley is looking like he will be a tremendous coach I was not so keen on the idea at first but it must be admitted he is looking real good as a first year coach who was under extreme pressure a month ago but still had the courage of his convictions.
