Not good. There was some pretty good publicity for the community following Liam Jurrahs arrival onto the AFL scene. And then again when Jim Stynes and some MFC officials visited.

Hopefully this is calmed down quickly and not too much reputational damage is done - that sort of thing can negatively affect remote communities in quite a few ways.

I have been there and believe me it is a place you want to get out of ASAP. It is everything that is described in the article. Going there as an outsider you feel as though at anytime tension could escalate.
I was there 5 years ago.
