Was performing to a similar level this time last year. Would have thought it would have happened then, in a much weaker draft, if it was ever going to happen for him.

Yeah, definitely sounds like he didn't want to be here and I reckon that may have been one a major reason why he was so poor for us and why we cut him prematurely. Had the raw talent which Rendell saw and even with attitude issues with a 4th rounder it's often worth the punt, unfortunately Craigs team was probably the worst environment for someone with a poor attitude. He demanded excellence and those who didn't want it enough he quite simply didn't want to know.

Watched the first half. I was referring more to the Foxtel Cup being a Mickey Mouse comp than last night's game specifically.

I don't follow claremont so I haven't seen many of his games, but if west coast/fremantle bigfooty posters are a good guide it seems like they'd all love to have him. He destroyed zac dawson in a fremantle intra club at the start of the year where he was making up numbers. Claremont are obviously a dominant side so i'm sure they make him look good, but everyone raves about his class and ability below his knees to go with dominant marking. Sounds like he'd fill a gap at fremantle, and be good depth/put pressure on lynch to perform at west coast. Wouldn't mind using a third rounder on him, rookie draft would be a steal. Wouldn't be surprused to see one of the expansion clubs use a second rounder on him though.

He'll get picked up again I think, but not by us. Everything points to the reason he was let go after just one year with us being that he had a terrible attitude about living in and playing for Adelaide. Sounds like an arrogant knob tbh.

Might get picked up though I still don't think he'll ever do much at AFL level. Good luck to him though!
