Umpires!?!?!?!?! WTF

I am sick and tired of the umpires constantly performing shyte, week in and week out, the 3 umpires (y they need three i dont know) blowing there whistle minimal amounts of time

It is always the same story, they go out and say they are gonna try there best, but then they ruin it for both teams, so saying there consistent is still very true. Constantly I am told that they are doing their best, but being an umpire myself I know that this is absoloute crap. I'm a field umpy for U/19's div 1, and I'm only 16. To say that it is much harder than it looks proves to e that the person I am talking to knows nothing. When I shake the hands of the managers at the end of the game, and they say that me and my partner did great, week in week out, it makes me realize, that umpiring is the easiest money I will ever earn. How often do you get paid to keep fit and have fun

My message to the umpires is: get ur act together and pull your finger out, you are disgracing the people like my whole umpiring body who try there hearts out week in week out, just to make other peoples game fun

but if Collingwood is treated so fairly by the umpires. why did Essendon get a free kick for a similar incident that involved Chris Tarrant a couple minutes before?

We Collingwood supporters, IMO, don't complain too much about umpiring, but sometimes there is that one or two decisions that go against us when the game is up in the mix, and I am sure everybody does it.
The Tarrant free kick was there, certainly, but the most annoying thing was, is that only seconds later a softer hit on Matthew Lloyd, the free kick was given and he slotted through a goal, quite simply a 12 point turn around, which make a supporter very mad, and you were probably spewing with the Tredrea decision.

Instead of worrying about the umpiring if i was a magpies supporter id want to know why our president and commitee seem more worried about having best facilitys and being seen with american movie stars ,rather than wondering why our football department cant land any big recruits eg stevens etc and our drafting has been terrible for years....which seems to be a MM trait
