who do we think is on the radar for the rookie draft?
I'm going to take a random punt and say Geelong will put time into that Mumford bloke from the VFL! Massive ruckman, because i'm sure Dawson Simpson will take a long time to develop.

i dounbt we need more than 4 rucks on the list, and we have otto, blake, west and simpson so i dont think we will go after another one.

i think we will get a couple of key forwards to replace our back-ups like grima, playfair, gardiner etc. especially with the risk of nathan not playing next year.

We have 4 picks: (No.16, No.32, No.46, No.57)

16- We will go with the best young player irrespective of position. Someone like Kangas will hopefully be there.

32- Chris Urie has been pretty good in the VFL and i hope we look at him as an option on the rookie list. A lot of focus on Scotty Thompson, but Urie has been just as good. Even Jay Cheep should be a player we look at here.

46- Becomes a little harder to pick who we will take. Would love us to take Joseph Daye here.

57- Last pick can be anything. Players i hope we look at are:
Ed Curnow - Hard Running midfielder
Trent Dennis Lane - Electric Small Forward
Michael Dell Aquila - Talented midfielder
Luke Sampey - Very consistent goal kicker throughout the year. Doesn’t have the bells and whistles that many have, but you know you will get a good hard honest player
