Pav hasn't been the best either, but Tarrant has been terrible.

And with Farmer seeing stars...it's over.:thumbsd:

We looked good the entire first half really apart from the defence... now we look worse than Carlton all over the ground. Sigh it really makes my blood boil when this happens. Lucky I aborted my plan to go watch them this weekend in Melb.... now I dont even want to watch them at AAMI last round.

He looked okay in the first 15 mins - then since then...

Its strange, once Hudgton went off I fully expected our tall forwards to be dominant, but Murphy didn't fire a shot and as you said IP Taz actually went out of the game once Hudgton went off? Bizzare? Having said that we went to Pav every time we went forward, bit stupid really.

Tell Cook if he really wants to get life membership for the team to line up Baker and put him out.

How many games have you watched??

Tarrants work around the half forward line has been very good this year

a few games, and tarrant isnt playing anywhere near what he is capable of, very on and off

i think with pavlich being the focal point of freo's attack, Tarrants capacity in the game has been greatly reduced

In all fairness, Tarrant himself considered 2006 a poor season, and it led to him being traded, yet he has gone backwards in 2007. He has had less possessions, less marks, and has kicked less goals at the same point of this season compared to last year, and must be one of the poorest performed big name trades for quite sometime. Anybody that considers his season as satisfactory must be very accepting of mediocrity.

Yep, just a typical soft ill-disciplined poor-skilled effort.

If Harvey gets the job, there's no hiding from the areas which he needs to fix.

First area is to teach the players that it's one thing being hard at your opponent off the ball, but it's another to be hard at it on the ball.

f..ckin disgraceful... piss poor performance from a side trying to keep there season alive.

McManus, Cook, Murphy gone!!!!!!!!!!

Go back to your own board and learn a bit more about our team. There is a guy named M Pavlich in our team, you didn't have him last year so instead of being the only forward in the team, he is now one of two forwards and does not have to carry the load on his shoulders. When at Collingwood Tarrant had to play for Rocca and himself half the time cause Rocca is a waste of space most of the time.

No need for any hostility as I was only sharing my opinion which I firmly stand by. I am aware of the differences between the Freo forward line in a season that they have not made the finals compared to the Collingwood forward line of 2006 when they did make the finals. Tarrant has gone backwards on a poor season in 2006, and again must be one of the most disappointing big name trades for quite sometime in my opinion.

You wouldn't figure that we're playing for a place in the finals from that performance. Disgrace.

Lets not forget that the umpiring was abysmal too. Too many soft decisions going Saints way and resulting in easy goals.

Five weeks ago you laid the blame squarely on the coach.

What happened?

I don't know if you have any idea what happens at a footy club, but a coach doesn't just rev the players up before a match. You know, things like gameplan, structure, skills and discipline. You can't just 100% fix those things by giving the players a good talking to by someone else.

Did i?
Link me.

The blame lies with the coach and the players...I believe that's what I have said.

Link yourself!

Did you not say that the coach "HAS" to go?

That's putting the blame squarely on the coach in my book.

Your book is wrong.

Conolly promised results....It didn't happen..See you later

M Carr, McManus and Webster HAVE to go as well.

Murphy or Campbell have to be offered for trade.

Mundy should be shopped around as well.
