Can we agree that when the officer was in front of her staring at her through her windscreen with a gun pointed at her whilst ordering her to stop, any movement she made forward was a movement that brought her closer to the officer? Whether she moved forward perfectly straight for a few centimetres and then moved forward at an angle of 30 degrees to the right or whether she moved forward at 50 degrees as soon as she shifted out of reverse and into drive (or any angle you prefer up to an impossible angle like perpendicular) every cm she travelled with her car in drive and not reverse brought her closer to the officer. He was standing in front of her car!!!

After watching the footage, the car ran over an ICE agent and he is lucky to be alive but has been hospitalised.

• Did the ICE agent get run-over?
• Is the ICE agent lucky to have survived?
• Did it look like the ICE agent needed any medical attention at all, let alone hospitalisation?

After he was struck by the car? If you go back and look at the video and listen for the shots you'll see that those three shots were fired in rapid succession. Maybe adrenalin kicked in after being struck by the car. Do they use semi or fully automatic handguns? Ideally he should have stopped after the first shot but according to someone earlier in the thread it was the first shot that was the fatal one anyway. A bit early to conclude that I would've thought but it may be correct.

It might appear that way but all three shots were fired in less than a second I think. I'm sure his bodycam footage and testimony will help clear things up to some degree.
