It’s some guy plucking a ridiculous figure from his arse with no mathematical explanation of how he got there. Presumable he’s based it on previous elections when there was no pandemic happening and the mail in vote, which was always leaning heavily democrat and was counted after the in person vote, was minuscule compared to 2020.
If that’s your evidence of fraud you’re in real trouble.
