Agree that Kelly should get the nod. I was surprised Hampton was in ahead of him today. Curtley did not set the world on fire but did a few very nice things PLUS there were no WTF moments today which was vey pleasing. Maybe he is starting to get it.
He seems to be Dermotts second favorite payer behind Cyril, seems every time he touched he ball he said "this kid can play".

Just loved the dash he made between two Saints players in the last quarter. There would have been a few league supporters wanting to sign him up as a full back then and there.

So glad Patton is back playing and through his first game, agree with those suggesting minimum 4 games in reserves and then reassess based on his form and also Cameron and McCarthy.
Last 2 games of the season are Carlton/Melbourne so i could see those games being the target (6 games in reserves)
Looking at the % gives and indication of the dominance, hope the coaches and players are getting benefit from the games as it is not a good look for the game and will be interesting to hear what the players (both GWS and opposition) say regarding some of the results

They'd be tempted to give Sunshine a break and bring in Patton next week. Mind you, Stewart didn't do too badly either, and is the more likely option. Good to see Ahern and Barrett keep their hands up. WHE's figures aren't great, but would be keen to know how he went in terms of impact?

Curtly reminds me of one of the receivers the Cowboys drafted a few years back. His excitement and drive can overshadow his critical thinking sometimes. He has the skill, but he needs to slow down and learn how and when to use it. If he does he'll be exciting to watch, otherwise I don't see him lasting very long.

Hi guys sorry to intrude.
Just wondering what you guys think Nathan Wilson's future looks like at GWS. Seems to do very well in your reserves and has some weapons as a player but struggles to get a run in the AFL. Reckon he'd be considered as up for trade?

He could very well be in the mix at seasons end. There are few like him that will be considering wheher they stay and back themselves to crack the first, or look for greater opportunity elsewhere. Speed and kicking are his strengths. He fades in and out at senior level though.

Another cakewalk, some of the wins have been the stuff of nightmares and especially pleasing has been the ability to defend with low scores conceded as well as scoring plenty of goals, Lamb and all the talls have been kicking handfuls as a regular occurrence
would like to see a giants neafl v a vic vfl team to see how they go
