Bring It on;) Should be very competitive this w/e with Murphy on the attack trying to hunt down Ambrose and also stop Ingall from gaining on him in the Championship, a good result in NZ for Ambrose will seal the Championship this w/e, Ambrose will be out with a vengence this w/e his last three rounds have not been up too scratch and he will want to show everyone why he has been the best and most consistant driver this w/e, a good round for Ambrose this w/e will see me go to the last round at Eastern Creek, to see Marcos crowned the 2003 V8 Supercar Champion:D :D :D

Should be a very interesting weekend.

I'd love to see another incident between Murphy and Ingall this weekend - not only will all the Holden fans be hating Ingall, but so will all of New Zealand!

Good result for Murph there, he has like control of this track, always does awesome there. Good to see Holden take up the first 3 positions:D Hopefully Murph can continue that form into the shootout and into the races and put immense pressure on Ambrose heading into Eastern Creek. Its starting to resemble the F1 season with a close finish to the season.

C'MON MURPH!!!!

Top 10 Shootout was run this morning, all the drivers posted worse times than yesterday (due to it raining) and they all complained so they scarpped this morning's times and reverted back to yesterday's qualifying results, and that is how the grid will line up for today's first race;)

GO AMBROSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D :D :D :D :D

BRING ON EASTERN CREEK

WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

This is going to be one awesome finish to the season. What a fantastic day for Holden!! Geez it was good to see Ambrose struggle today, and Murph continue to do what he does best at New Zealand..........WIN!!!!

Skaife did an awesome effort to come back through the field and win the final race, he had a great weekend after being taken out by Wilson, who of course drives a Ford:rolleyes:

I was hoping Ambrose would struggle more in the last race and finish only about 16th, I guess he can thank Ingall for that, he forced his way through and helped Ambrose get up there.

Jason Bright had an awesome car in the final race, and was flying after the last pit stop.

The current standings in the championship are:-

Ambrose 1893
Murphy 1869
Skaife 1823

Thats all the drivers still in contention, I cant see Skaife getting up, not unless Murph and Ambrose both have absolute shockers. I hate to say it, but I still see Ambrose getting up. According to Cromly he only has to finish in the top 5 in both races, which he should do. I will have my fingers crossed he has another shocker like this weeked and Murph can be crowned 2003 V8 Supercar Champion!!!

ALSO, what was Kim Jones on about!! He was having a big bitch about being black flagged over Car #21 having the rear guard falling off. Now geez isnt this remarkebly similar to Skaife at Bathurst with the opening door! He wasnt complaining and calling it unfair then was he. Isnt is amazing when it happens to your team Kim, it all of a sudden makes it different. STOP WHINGING AND GET ON WITH IT. Also I would start opening your wallet after that little spray you gave Race Officials. :D:D:D:D

C'MON MURPH AND SKAIFE!!!

BRING ON EASTERN CREEK!!!!!!!!!

I am sure Tony Cochrane thinks that as well, he makes more money of those two than he would of any other team. I dont think they know when to shut up. In fairness Garry had something to complain about, Thexton SHOULD NOT be in the V8's he should be back in the Konica's. Kim Jones, well he would complain if another car brushed the precious OzEmail cars. What he did today, although funny, was out of line. Lowndes had the same thing happen to him and did we hear FPR bosses yeeling abuse at AVESCO and Race Control. NO. They took it on the chin. As I have said, there is no real difference between Brad Jones today and Skaife at Bathurst, both had things flying off their car, and it has to be said, the rear guard was flying a lot more than Skaifey's door. Kim Jones must have realised his cars where going crap and the only way to get the sponsors names on TV was to go there and act like and idiot!!

The Lowndes and B Jones incidents were totally different.Lowndes rear guard was still connected, where as Jones had come off.

There was a difference in the Skaife and Jones penalties.Jones was never a chance of winning this race, where as Skaife was a chance of winning Bathurst.I like that. :D

Yes but Jones was shown the flag while the damage was still on the car, and then it came off. Race Control did the right thing in still calling him in. So in that case, there was no difference between Lowndes and Jones.

Geez thats a great difference, Jones wasnt in with a chance of winning..exactly. So why the big uproar from Kim Jones??

Great racing by all involved today. I like that 3rd race - Holden 1,2,3,4,5,6 & 7. Very nice. I wish they could have another couple of rounds here per year.

Its gonna be one hell of a final round - basically Ambrose must finish within 4 spots of Murphy to win the title, but can't fall back too far or Skaifey will steal his 6th.

Kim Jones - you are an idiot. The black flag was shown before the part fell off the car, and either way Brad had to come in and serve a penalty. And I agree with JUBJUB - Skaifey was running 2nd and was challenging for the race win after 950-odd KM's. Brad Jones was running about 20th and was out of it.

Nice to the Thexton mobile-chicane claim another victim [Tander]. This got has got to go.

Thexton has taken over where, Dugall MacDougall and Rodney Forbes left off, you always have to have one 'tosser' in the field:rolleyes:

Tander deserve's it though:D

Dugall MacDougall was never the cause of accidents, unlike David "Mobile-Chicane" Thexton and Rodney "Donut-King" Forbes.

Okay I am not happy with the w/e results, especially for Ambrose:( It's going to go down to the wire at Eastern Creek in three weeks time, and I can garrenttee more of what happened on the w/e with Ingall and possibly every Ford driver looking after Ambrose and every Holden Driver looking after Murphy, they are the only two drivers that can win it, what if they both do well in the first two races at EC and they are going toe to toe with 10 laps to go in the last race....................it could all end in tears for one of them...................I know I will be on my feet for that;) Well it has been exciting all year and now it all comes down to the last round, Bring It On, SBR, Ambrose and every Ford team pull your finger out LOOK AFTER AMBROSE, if it means getting out of his way or slowing Murphy then do it, I dont GAF Ambrose has been superb this year and deserves the Championship:D ;)
