Ideally Premier becomes Xavs 1-6, Trinity and St Kevin’s. How did Xavs get away with a team in the bottom division? Or Trinity so low?

You'd assume teams leaving. I know SMS and Oakleigh are moving down to D5, I'd be guessing St Bede's, St Bernards and Old Xavs go into D4, maybe Caulfield as well for 12/12 in D4/5

Wednesday was the talk from HQ. I am pessimistic, but hopeful of a double up of Xavier teams and some common sense about separating Premier/B from the rest, leaving C-3 to fight amongst themselves.

Our fixture first 4 rounds was genuinely crazy. SKOB (5ths admittedly), Willy 4ths, Trinity and Collegians. We're D2.

Eth, was that the same SKOB team that lost by 142 points on the weekend to Old Trinity? If so, it’s weird that OT’s only thirds team would be playing in a division against teams that are that weak.

There has to be a better effort to segregate Thirds clubs into Premier and Divisional ranks.

I don't mind. Play everyone in the new div once. Maybe even home finals week 1. Is your club affected?

Bit annoying that I had written a very petty article all about the experience I've had over the past two and a bit years in the Thirds, both the good, the bad and the Xugly as they decide to finally adjust the rules and principles.
