"We felt it (the Richmond loss) was very un-Sydney like",
Spoken by TK, and by numerous Swans players over the past couple of seasons including Kirk, Goodes, McVeigh and others.

Sick of this rhetoric from players about about how they need to come out and show what they can really do.

Are they paid to say these things, because they mean nothing and sound so insipid when we see team form consistently on the wane like it currently is.

What is un-Sydney like anyway? This could be spoken about any team playing badly.

True that. It is as stupid as saying something is "un-Australian", i hate that term. A term for the bogans to shout when they get scared.

Anyway, i wouldn't take what the players say too seriously TBH. The players all speak the same way and i would really doubt a lot of what they say is what they truly believe. It's just media speak. "We've got some areas we need to fix up", "we're not happy with our intensity" blah blah blah.

It's all meaningless really.

I think it's more of the case of to many going in under down and not lasting the game Stevie Ray. The able few have been over run in the end.
Look at who has consistently been in our best.
B1, ROK, Mal, Kennedy and The Mummy.
Apart from the period B2 and ROK suffered their head knocks they have been brilliant. Alot can be said for being fit to play.
