VFL Draftees

Who are the possibilities to be drafted or rookied from the VFL?
Podsiadly? Callinan? And there always seems to be one or two from box hill, so maybe rudolph or jansen?? Thoughts?

And played a great game yesterday in the Williamstown VFL reserves win.

Ran back with the flight and marked a few times. Really courageous defender. Definately deserves a go at an AFL club.

please no, not good enought to play afl.
Although it would be really funny if he came to us and played really well, that would be another guy who was on the hawks rookie list to ocme to us and do well.

Decided it would be safer here at home and am going back to Tafe tomorrow, didn't go today one day off is enough.

Safer because a certain Bulldogs listed player said all 22 players were going to hold me down and shave hair as well as eye brows.

Was a rookie at Geelong last year and managed 14 senior VFL games this year, as well as a handfull in the reserves.

Personally, think he deserves another opportunity at the highest level of football in the land.

-Brendan Rinaldi (way too early too call as he's still finding touch after his ACL last year, but he was very, very good vs Bendigo.)

-Andrew Gilham
-Michael Hobbs (can play).
-Markham Johnson (only based on what I saw in that U22 game)

Plenty of those can now be taken out and some that can be added in to that list I reckon.

Jake spent some time at Brisbane on the rookie list and don't see any reason why he won't be given another chance either this year or next in the draft.

yesterday was listed as 3rd best on in the grandfinal for nth ballarat. Has missed something like 6-8 weeks with chronic OP. he just recently saw a miracle worker and played his first game after doing zip all in the form of training etc.

Do like this bloke, but couldn't get a senior game at Werribee. Good mark overhead but I don't think he's been better this yr than last. So if he wasn't taken in 04 why would he be taken now?

What makes you think Jake didn't want it ?

Had a word with Jake about this and he said it was due to injuries as well as a few other issue which saw him be dropped off the rookie list by the Brisbane Lions.

Dedication and commitment is most certainly something that he is far from lacking.
