Walton Goggins & Danny McBride. What can go wrong?

Nothing so far. First episode was hilarious! Hope it keeps the momentum.

Checked it out. Obviously very much in the Eastbound & Down style. Gets a bit bogged down in the middle of the episode (E&D often did that) but good start and finish. Needs more of Goggins though. McBride is funny AF but he gets a bit samey.

Rather funny first ep.The scenes with Gamby and Ray were very funny.

Interesting it's only a 2 season show [18 eps all up] and the 2 seasons were filmed back to back.

That's a bit odd for a comedy to be basically just a miniseries

First two episodes were pretty funny. Like EB&D, it's certainly not going for high-brow comedy, but the level of insanity it goes to is exactly what I need after watching something really heavy like The Night Of.

Love there was more of him today. Funny show, but way funnier with him in it more.

It's nice to see Russell get a small victory, which after watching him burn someone's house down I never thought I'd say.

I have to say, since the first episode this show has just got 10x better and done exactly what I wanted. Goggins in it more and McBride is hilarious with less is more type material. I like more of the ensemble going on whereas EB&D could drag a bit focusing on the Kenny Powers ups and downs. Even in the serious moments... something hilarious out of the blue.

Keep it coming.

One of the darker endings you'll see for a season finale of a comedy, that's for certain. Absolutely nailed it though. Who do people think was behind the mask?
