Could have given votes to a lot of the boys today, so will narrow it down and have sincere apologies for others:

3- Jones - Ran hard all day.
3- Rivers - Presented an important target up forward with the absence of Clark.
2- Clark - Kicked us back into it in the first quarter. Impressive second efforts. Would have loved to give him a few more votes but no second half cost him.
1- Nicholson - Provided run and got some good touches.
1- Grimes - got the ball a lot, made a few silly errors but lead from the front. Always has his head over the ball.
1- Bate - ran hard, provided an option and generally made good decisions.
1- Watts - seems growing in confidence each week. Beautiful by foot.

Apologies to T McDonald, Garland, Dunn, Sylvia and McKenzie(in that order), who were thereabouts at times but didn't have the consistency to poll. Blease also gets a symbolic vote for his role as sub.

T Mcdonald - 2
Watts -2
Rivers - 2
Jones - 2
Nicholson - 1
Clark - 1
Garland - 1
Bate - 1

3 - Jack Watts - incredible ball use, strong contested marking and used his pace in some great rdashes. He has arrived.
3 - Nathan Jones - our first A grade midfielder in a long time. Has the Bluey in the bag.
2 - Tom McDonald - absolutely destroyed Patton, and got 26 touches himself. Very exciting kid.
2 - Mitch Clark - dominant first quarter was a thing of beauty.
1 - Jared Rivers - cant believe how effective he is up forward, he even kicks accurately. Master-stroke by Neeld.
1 - Colin Sylvia - Getting back to his best. His first goal was spine tingling.

Mine, the same as above.

3 - Rivers: Was a good target all day, especially after Clark went down.
3 - Jones: Great game by Jonesy, did what was needed of him.
1 - Clark: Ah, what could have been! Hope he's alright for next week though.
1 - Sellar: Did really well down back and like his ball use and decision making.
1 - T. McDonald: Patton the next J. Brown? Lucky we've got the next (insert slightly overrated fullback here)!
1 - Watts: Used the ball really well, had a really nice game.
1 - Sylvia: Basically just for that great goal he got, but he had a decent game too. Needs to keep up that sort of work though.
1 - Davey: Some of his kicks on the wing were very smart and set up a few goals. His chasing and pressure in the forward line was fantastic too. Best game I've seen him play in a loonnngggg time. Like Sylvia, needs to build on that and keep improving.

Jones - 3 (consistent all day. Winning our b&f by a mile)
TMac - 2 (love this kid. Killed Patton and provided great run from defence)
Watts - 2(Set up play beautifully. He is an elite kick)
Clark - 2(Would have kicked 10 if fit and played all day. Got us going after a slow start)
Rivers - 1(Dangerous all day)
Garland - 1(Looks set to remain a forward)
Bate - 1(ran hard and found plenty of footy)
