1.Naitanui.
18 disposals, 12 contested, 6 Marks, 4 contested, 3 clearences, 20 hitouts and kicked the winning goal. Not bad for the second full game back.

2. Mackenzie.
Got pinged once but just absolutely muscled Petrie again.

3. Hill.
Kicked straight most of the time. Caused turnovers, generated goals. His best game for us IMO.

2. Gaff.
Best game of the year. Not his most prolific but his disposal was good, he got out the back and gave us excellent run and spread.

1. Glass.
Classy effort, didn't lose many contests and rebounded well.

HM: Masten (started well), Shuey (finished strong), Kennedy (work rate).

DM: Cox (just quite), Waters (turnovers, beaten when he had an opponent).

5. NN - Thought he was immense all night, reckon he is gonna dominate big time once he gets more game time in the legs. Great stats.
4. Hill - Kept us in it the last quater
3. Mackenzie
2. Hurn
1. Glass

5. NicNat - first half way disappointing but he flicked a switch at half time and seemed to almost put the team on his shoulders. Incredible. I wouldn't trade him for any other player in the league. We are truly blessed to have such a talent playing in the blue and gold
4. Hurn
3. S. Selwood
2. Masten
1. Kerr

Kerr harshly done. One touch, creative and uses it so beautifully. His intensity at the contest was a step above.

4. Kerr
3. Hurn

Not many players played 4 quarters of good footy, but there was a few standouts in the last quarter. Could've probably given Kerr votes tbh.

5 - Glass - For both his job on Thomas was nothing short of sensational and the drive he gave us coming out of the backline
4 - Naitanui - Even before the mark I thought he was comfortably the best ruck on the ground, very influential at the clearances
3 - Hurn - It was a game dominated by defences and Hurn was one of the best out there for us, had a tag but still won plenty of the ball
2 - MacKenzie - Believe it or not Petrie is a very high quality player ... you wouldn't know though such is the ease that MacKenzie seems to beat him with every time we play them
1 - Priddis - Just pips Kerr, Rosa, Scooter as our best midfielder for the night. Tackling was first rate and won plenty of clearances

5. Naitanui - What more needs to be said. The scary thing is he is playing more consistent football than much of last year on a limited base. Can't wait to see him peak in the second half of the year.
4. Glass - Sensational game, great job on Thomas whilst being magnificent in the clinches
3. Hill - Our most dangerous forward. Superb defensive presence in spite of a minimal possession count early on, whilst he reaped the rewards when North ran out of gas towards the end. Haters should note he is a key part of why we've got over the line the past two weeks.
2. Shuey - Courageous game from the Shue. Took Lindsay out (legally) this time too, so bonus points for that.
1. Gaff - In a low-possession game, ran hard, created space and used that left foot beautifully; this is the flow on effect of having close to a best 22 on the park so a tag is less prevalent.

HM: Hurn's second half, Priddis, Kerr and Masten for solid engine room work. Waters' first half, Rosa's knock on to Hurn in the final quarter which set up the final forward thrust of the game. Brennan was solid too, though in retrospect was mismatched on Black.

DM: S. Selwood's kicking, A. Selwood, LeCras' set shots and defensive demeanour, the football gods (For giving us injuries when we were so close to best 22).
