I have a feeling Partington is going to be one of those types that cant put on much muscle. Seems to have a small frame. Similar to Masten

Didn't mention it is torn or strained, so may not be too bad. A standard hammy is 3-4 weeks so hopefully this will be closer to 2. +6 weeks for a hammy normally means grade 2 tear high up the muscle or tearing it off the bone.Luke Partington: Busy early in reserves but damaged a hamstring.
If its +6 weeker, then we should just rest him up and get him in the gym to get his body to the standard of an AFL inside mid.
From what I am told Lamb is far far worse - not pressing at all just de-pressingI thought Lamb would have been pressing for selection by now, especially considering the woeful/selfish form of Lecras

No what im saying is is that if its long term, let him recover from his injury and when he has recovered, put him in the gym instead of playing the last few game for league/reserves.But just his upper-body?
Not good news, speedy recovery for the young man

- The WAFL is investigating another incident in a reserves match between Perth and East Perth in which Demons player Callum Walley required medical treatment after being punched in the groin.
NastyHopefully it's a straightforward recovery for him.
I wonder who misunderstood the message to play the balls and not the man in the ressies match:
if it was one of them, they deserve a massive penalty from us as well.4/22 chance it was one of our boys I guess.
GAGFI continue to blame his BF sponsor.
If it is the incident I saw it isn't a WCE player. Poor bloke was walking off the ground very bow legged.4/22 chance it was one of our boys I guess.
As Keyser said on the previous page he was walking around with very little discomfort. Can't see it being a major injury but it is getting to the time of the season where WCE have started to rest their 1st year players in previous years.Didn't mention it is torn or strained, so may not be too bad. A standard hammy is 3-4 weeks so hopefully this will be closer to 2. +6 weeks for a hammy normally means grade 2 tear high up the muscle or tearing it off the bone.
It's always a great day when we beat East Freo. Two men down in the first quarter. Didn't stop us smashing them physically all day. WHAT A WIN FOR THE MIGHTY DEMONS! Easily the best under Earl.

Only comparing in muscle building not in ability or heart.Wash your mouth out....... thats a very depressing prospect that you raise.
Jest aside I think he will be OK and its not a bad thing for him to hone his trade at the lower level for a season or two.
His lower body is some what big for his size, He's body shapes is very similar to a young lachie neale.Only comparing in muscle building not in ability or heart.
I was very happy when Blakely and Menadue were still available for our 2nd pick during that draft, both regulars this year and Lamb is further away than when he started. Another fail. From what I am told Lamb is far far worse - not pressing at all just de-pressing
He plays his fair share of time further up the ground and often lines up on a wingIs Lamb playing mostly as a deep forward at WAFL? few times i have seen him this year, i have seen him play deep. I dont think Lamb will ever make it at AFL as a key position player. At his best he's a third tall. I would like him to be given Hill's role for EP. I think Lamb will thrive playing a bit of wing/HFF and pushing back into defence. Nick Reiwoldt is someone he looks up to and Roo is having a great year playing as a HFF/wing. Last night i was super impressed how roo was able to push back and impact the play a numerous times. Would love Lamb playing that sort of role for EP and push the senior side. Hill's been doing a great job this year but we have missed his presence at time when the ball hit the ground and we didnt have a small and agile player like him to crumb the ball. Also with lamb being 193cm he would make a nice midfield rotation and would be handy when he pushes back into defence.
