Tipping Ladder after Round 18
Round 18 proved to be the most pivotal round of the season so far with all four favourites winning which proved to be carnage for some at the top of the leaderboard. Some played it safe this round and backed the favourites which paid off as seven tipsters didn't register a blemish for the round. For some the gambles didn't pay off despite each game being in the balance at certain stages. From a margin perspective, hansie got the chocolates this week, boosting his total to three for the weekend.
With 18 rounds complete things have been shaken up at the top, gaskin still leads on 47 points, maintaining his lead of two which he has held for a few weeks now. But Monocle is now outright second on 45 points with getgaff, Kram81 and Spanna_ all tied for third place another point behind.
Round 19 Fixtures
South Fremantle vs East Fremantle at Fremantle Community Bank Oval (11:40am, margin)
Peel Thunder vs Claremont at Bendigo Bank Stadium (2:15pm)
West Perth vs Perth at HBF Arena (2:15pm)
Subiaco vs Swan Districts at Medibank Stadium (2:15pm)

Bank to normal this week with all four matches on Saturday and some good contests to be had here. Peel Thunder play Claremont down in Mandurah, West Perth host their first home game for close to a month against Perth while Subiaco take on Swan Districts at Medibank Stadium. The TV game this week is the traditional Fremantle derby with the Bulldogs and Sharks locking horns again at the much earlier time of 11:40am with that game leading into Channel 7's AFL coverage which this week includes nine straight hours of football.
There's some small changes in the other grades, the Reserves in the Fremantle derby has been pushed back to 2:40pm while the Colts' game between Peel Thunder and Claremont is a twilight fixture starting at 5pm.
The weather isn't looking too great for Saturday although it won't be as bad as what we've had on the weekend in recent weeks. At this stage, some showes are expected but it will mostly be in the morning and then again in the evening so fingers crossed we get some dry weather in for the games this weekend. Happy tipping!!

Tipping Ladder after Round 19
From a close contest perspective Round 19 wasn't all that great with four clear winners although the Fremantle derby was a decent game until the last term. Souths also broke the 13-game away team winning streak in the Fremantle derbies after they finally won at home. Freofalcon was the man this week, selecting all four games correctly and would have had the bonus point had gaskin not bettered him by one point which ensured he also got four points for the round.
That point has helped gaskin extend his lead to three points, leading on 51 whilst Monocle remains outright second on 48 points. Kram81 and Spanna_ are tied for third another point back.

Swan Districts vs Claremont at Steel Blue Oval (2:15pm)
East Perth vs Peel Thunder at Medibank Stadium (2:15pm)
Subiaco vs West Perth at Kingsway Reserve, Madeley (2:15pm, margin)
Round 20 sees all four games on Saturday afternoon. We're a little all over the shop this week, Swan Districts and Claremont play each other down at Bassendean while the AFL alignment rivals in East Perth and Peel Thunder will do battle down at Medibank Stadium. South Fremantle will host Perth in Carnarvon at the Carnarvon Festival Grounds, the first time Carnarvon has hosted a game since 2007. There's no TV game this week but the margin match for this round is the match of the round as Subiaco take on West Perth at Kingsway Reserve in Madeley in Perth's northern suburbs. All three grades will be played at the venue from 9am onwards.
In the other grades there isn't a lot of change with Reserves and Colts for South Fremantle vs Perth taking place at Fremantle Community Bank Oval. The Reserves are at 11:30pm while the Colts are afterwards at 2:15pm.
The weather isn't looking too flash currently with showers to increase during the day, particularly in the afternoon and evening. Carnarvon are expecting a possible shower and it'll be warmer up there with 23 degrees expected. Hopefully the rain will stay away until the evening so we can get some good footy in before then.
