The problem i see is. the MRP hate waite. and i'm worried that he'll get suspended again.

Even if he doesn't. he did the wrong thing in that situation. he should have tried to smother. or gone the tackle, He should have learned by now that he shouldn't be bumping people much.

Only matter of concern was that it was late , free kick nothing more...... and it was paid.... no more needs to be said....,move on. Report not warranted.

However it was DUMB and it was not necessary.

A few weeks ago a stat came out on the most free kicks received for head high tackles from the last four years. Joel Selwood was first on 83, Adam Selwood was second on 79 and the next closest was 43.

I loved it. Hard and fair and best of all he did it to Selwood who has tagged and scragged Judd the past few years we have played the eagles.
Finally Judd had some protection. He does need to watch himself though as Waite is very important to our team.

I stuck up for Waite over the suspension earned against Freo, but on this occasion he wasn't going to achieve anything but let the player know he was there. He wasn't blocking for anyone.

He should be right, but that was definitely a silly act as it achieved nothing.
