Yes.
Firstly, he is only 21 and has played less than 30 league games. He didn't play junior football at the elite level like the TAC cup so his football development has set him back at least 1 year. By purely looking at his build, you can tell he has a lot more room for improvement in strenght, stamina, etc. Key forwards mature much later than midfielders and Nathan will take a little bit longer to reach his prime compare to the other key forwards because of his late start in development. Also key in the genetic factor. His daddy was a late bloomer - He kick over 100 goals three times and those were all when he was in his early to mid 30's!

We?? We wouldn't get both parts of his name wrong.

Well I thought he would kick 30 goals from 20 games this year, and he is on his way to do that.
I never expected him to kick 40 plus. Yes, a tall key forward should kick closer to 40 than 30 in a year, but from a 2nd year player (He is pretty much only into his 2nd year in the system physically) thats pretty damn good for him to hold his spot and kick 30 goals.
Nice summary mate. Good to see another on here with a bit of common sense.Yes.

ha ha busted...someone's come a trollin.![]()
at the end of the day geelong dont rely on targets up forward, the whole team contributes.
i think as long as he kicks accurate he is doing his job.
he will never be the #1 forward but he doesnt need to be.

yet you cat fans respond and try to answer this troll.
