forwardflanker, polls can't be added to existing threads if they were started without one. So I've posted your OP from the other thread below, and added in the poll.
I thought this would be an interesting poll looking specifically at their work as half back flankers (I think it's pretty clear that Deledio is the better midfielder)
Both are very fast, good kicks and create a lot of play for their respective sides. Deledio is a superior kick imo however I think Walker is better at breaking the lines and creating play that way.
Here are some stats, though I don't know how relevant they'd be since Deledio has spent a substantial time playing as a midfielder, but I think they highlight how important both players can be as half back flankers.
Walker is 5th in the league for total kicks, 11th in bounces per game and 2nd for total rebound 50's.
Deledio is 18th for total inside 50's and 13th for bounces per game.
I think these stats accurately reflect the value both these guys hold as half back flankers.
So who would you prefer as a half back flanker right now - Walker or Deledio? (ie. no taking into account that Deledio can play better as a midfielder or forward)
Personally I'd take Walker, I think he's a little more damaging with his drive off half back than Deledio. I'm really impressed at how good a player he has become, he was looking like a bit of a flop a few years ago.
