If we dont make the top 6 this year and at least win one final Wallace can piss off. He will of had 5 years, which is more than enough time to develop a list, and will of failed miserably. I personally hope we make top 6 and have a decent crack at finals and can see it happening but if it doesn't Wallace goes. There can be no more we are developing, spin, sugarcoating etc. what a crock of shit.
If Wallace fails who will replace him, there a number of canditates avaliable, and very good ones at that. In order of my personal preference I will list them. My opinion is based on the fact the most successful coaches are ones that are untried and have new ideas and are young + fresh.

- James Hird
- Nathan Buckley
- Leigh Matthews
- Could we even pick two of them? Science proves that collaboration in a group is the most effective way in achieving a goal, and almost all the time when working in groups, more will be achieved. Can two of these people work together and accept each others crictism and generate revolutional ideas due to this? Could sheedy perhaps collaborate with Hird or Buckley or Matthews to create a formidable coaches box? Whether Terry Wallaces fails or not (which I dont want to happen) we need to answer these questions.

, but in reality, its the improvements we are looking for, if we finish 8th thats an improvement, however the key that we should be looking at is if our wins are 3 or 4 qtr performances, last year we one alot of games in the 2nd qtr and almost lose them in the 3rd and 4th
