Clubs have tried to circumvent the fixed salary cap by outspending their rivals in the coaching box, and the result is a hideous s**tshow.

I get the 15 coaches. But where are the coaches' mentors? There should be a box above the box with 1-3 mentors per coach. Up to 45, looking down on them. Otherwise the coaches won't know what to do.
