Mod. Notice Wanted: Two Moderators

After discussions with OldMav and ant555, we're unanimous in saying that a fourth moderator is needed for the Essendon Board. We all have limitations on our ability to moderate fully due to various reasons, so a fourth full moderator is the solution.

In order to be considered, you need

• To be 21 or older. I know I'm not, but if you were any younger, you'd be a Spec Mod, and we need a full mod, rather than another Spec Mod.
• To have a reasonably clean infraction history. It doesn't have to be perfect, but a red card every couple of months isn't what we're looking for.
• To have the time to moderate the board. You don't need to be online all day, but 1-2 hours per day is essential. Obviously things come up in real life, but you do need to be online pretty regularly when things are normal.
• To be willing to moderate the board. A bit of hard work is required, but the pay and the benefits () are amazing.

I am a graphics design and e-media student at the moment, I can't do much for the next few months as I have a broken femur, so am at my computer all day.
I am on Bigfooty 3+ hours a day usually.
My main problem is that I have had a red card in the recent past.
