Oh and while were talking about Freo and Waterman singing the song...do those kids still stand in the middle of the huddle and beat that stupid drum??

I think singing the song is a sacred thing where only the team and coaches, trainers, actual WCE's get together and celebrate their victory which they all achieved as one tight knit group. Yet Freo let these nobody kids into the huddle so they can beat a drum??

I wouldnt be happy if that was happening at WC.

Where have I called him a superstar? Don't put words into my mouth. And he's played more than one good game... in fact he's kicked over 3 goals in each of the last 4 games and is in the top 10 in goalkicking despite missing the start of the season due to a knee injury. As for Tarrant, he is the best forward in the competition at the moment.

You mean Fremantle have never changed their jumpers?

Fremantle Home: 1995-present
Fremantle Away: 1995-1996
Fremantle Away: 1997-2000
Fremantle Away: 2001 - present

1 home strip and 3 away jumpers... sounds like changing it for marketing purposes to me.

Dont remember mentioning anything about FREO's jumpers.

Yes it is and it's annoying that we have changed the jumper so many times, good to see a version of the original premiership guernseys back now though. But what I was asking was, do Freo supporters find it annoying that these little kids beat away on their drum in the middle of the circle while they sing the song.

The jumpers annoy and so would that...just asking.

Jod, to tell you the truth, it doesnt bother me that much. Freo , being the newest club (Port Adelaide draw on P.A. Magpie tradition), we are trying to start our own traditions. We have done things wrong in the past on and off the field but we are now starting to build some real footy culture and hopefully success will follow.

I suppose you can say that Freo tend to do things a bit different to everyone else (not always a good thing).
