Haven't seen Watts interviewed for a while. Just a reminder of what an impressive young lad he is. Speaks very well:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

Good to see him feeling like he belongs and his performances are starting to show it, stepped up big time in the last quarter today when we needed him.

Love the bit where they're talking about Watts banana shot at the end, and he says something along the lines of "yeah, I knew I should of had 7 weet-bix instead of six this morning"

I was in the MCC area and I had the perfect view of it...... and it went over the line before the Richmond player marked it.

The goal umpires haven't been very good this weekend.

Definitely a goal, Thurstfield's (?) foot was on the goal line, and his arms were in front of his feet. Horrible call from the ump.

Watts is about 100 times more confident and fluent in front of a camera than Frawley, he even cracks jokes! Chip always looks so nervous, it's quite funny really.

I don't care how much Chip struggles in front of the camera in the rooms he is brilliant were it counts in front of the camera on the ground!
I have been one of the doubters on Watts however he is starting to show me some things that put a smile on my face. The last few games he is looking confident as though he now believes he should be out there.
He is not trying to hand off the ball as much and going for the big play himself.
When ( not if, I am looking for the band wagon ) he pulls off a couple like the one in the last quarter look out he will have arrived.
When he wins one off his own boot I will admitted I judged him too early and that may be not too far off.

he's getting himself in some good positions and was overlooked a couple of times... for ****s sake jones passed to paul johnson instead of watts (who was open) !!!!!

I too saw things like that... still thing JW needs a bit more confidence/demanding nature in his leads. ATM they're a bit half-hearted at times, but i guess that will come with more comfort with and confidence in his teammates.
