Yep, we all know what happened when we saw a full season of regular BBL in past seasons. The quality wasnt necessarily that good.

Seeing a few signs of that with WBBL this season, with alot of teams' batting dropping off from 5 or 6 onwards.

Players like : Kim Garth, Wellington arent consistent enough to be labelled as all-rounders.

Regarding DRS, hasn't the discussion in the past been about whether it's CAs responsibility or the networks in terms of who covers the cost?

But I agree it's a disgrace it's not used - especially if it's like last season where it was used in some games but not others depending on the venue

Think a Top 4 makes alot more sense, or even better why not make it a best of 3 series for the top 2 teams?

Sixers batting looks signficantly weaker with no Healy.

Suzie Bates is a shadow of herself, Maitlan Brown handy - isnt experienced enough in this format.

You could make a case for the Sixers batting dropping significantly after 5.

The change in Perry's game from two seasons ago is absolutely amazing, in WBBL07 she finished the series with a strike rate of 91.33, last season she improved to 119.65 but this season is currently sits at 200. It won't stay there, but if she keeps playing like this you would think it would stay over 150 for the tournament.
