Right on.

If there is a band in existence that tour internationally (not often enough...) that is so engaged with their fans I'm yet to know of them.

A band that encourages recordings of their shows so that they can be shared with people that couldn't be there?
A band that actively shares s**t with fans on a "fan" forum for free?
A band that responds to messages and requests from fans like the "Professor Letter" http://www.jambase.com/article/dean-ween-writes-excuse-letter-for-fan-attending-colorado-shows ?

I dunno, I love them obviously (I'm not in gopies territory... yet) but even if you don't like their music they are hard not to like as people.
