What is a good way to find where you do sit on that spectrum? Both for lower and upper body if you can differ between them.but also findong where you sit on the force-velocity spectrum would be handy too so you can tailor your training accordingly
And if you're doing all those exercises at the same time then your not really training for jumping, more so weight lifting
