Wonder if he loved the dropped marks as well! ;)

He had a dip as always last night, made his usual mistakes but can't fault his effort or the goal. Thought of Biff when he kicked it.
 
When I saw Bart's running through traffic looking at the goals, I cringed.
When I saw him shape for a banana, I was ready to throw up.
When it all came off, I lost my shit! Great goal, at a great time, shame we couldn't carry the momentum into the last. Has been handy so far this year.

Mate all power to CB and I would love to end up with more eggs on my face but Clint's gotta lot of ground to make up . . . . . .
 
Batram dropped a chest mark in the middle of the ground with about 3-4 minutes left. Literally 10 seconds later, Saints got a chest mark in front of goal and sealed the match.

It was more watching him dob one from the pocket and then thinking of you... wasn't more about him being back, just thought it was ironic to see him kick that goal!

He still has plenty of ground to make up but it was good to see him kick it!
 
Im glad Bartram was the only player last night to drop a mark.......

Not like it rained for 90 minutes and one of the best KPF of the last 20 years struggled to do the same.....

Not sure if this is sarcastic or not - but some of his errors were costly.

I did think he was good last night - was wet and a lot of mistakes were made but Cudi's point wasspot on an error by Batram that cost us a vital goal.

Not 100% his fault but very costly at an important time in the game

Moloney's miss goal when he had an open player in the goal square and one running beside him,also when he tried taking on three when a quick dish to the running player would of resulted in a score..
Don't bash on him everyone made costly mistakes.

I don't blame Bartram for us losing the game - as you point out Moloney made costly mistakes as well - my point is we're not good enough - wasn't solely Barty bashing.
 
Look you can't deny that Clint puts in the effort week in and out... but his skills very poor... and most of the plays at the ball ended up with no clear possy.

Although that goal did get me jumping around a bit.

Bartram was a revelation in his first season, particularly for a pick 60

All H&A games, 5th in rising star and the poor bugger injured his ankle rnd 22 to miss out on the finals

He then dealt with some injury and the death of his father

I can now see this season he's starting to get his spark back

Sure, his foot skills can be deplorable, but he is a vital player IMO
