So #40 for Gibbons & #49 for Cottrell looking likely.
Prob needs to be announced and Buggster removed from the player list (app).
Not the app, still the 1st one viewed.View attachment 619376
That's not what you said before though...is it
Suggesting the club pushed Bugg out the door because they decided that Gibbons was a better choice is laughable. Nothing lines up.
Yep, Gibbo said in the interview with Gues Sen that he'll be #40.So #40 for Gibbons & #49 for Cottrell looking likely.

Cotters not sure, but he's sure to get #49, the number he wore at the Dragons
There's been some pretty handy players in #32 in the past...Bryan Quirk, Twirler Glascott, Alex Duncan (my current avatar)...even Adrian Whitehead, premiership player, but could have been a ripper if injuries didn't cruel him out of the game. They should have given cottrell 32
Twirler Glascott

Some pretty big shoes for the young fella to fill.
Absolute ripping bloke too....I was out with the Carlton boys back in '81 at the Richmond Social Club, and ended up on the sauce with Twirler. If Glascott played well we usually won.
Loved him to bits.

The females came flocking over to the Carlton boys of course, and he introduced me as "our latest gun recruit from WA"![]()
As unbelievable as it sounds, the boys of course loved it having the attention, but none of them played up...none...but there were some beers drunk during the course of the night!!!Did it work?
